One could argue for days where the best steak can be found in Buenos Aires. My personal favorite - Miranda. A modern room, with just enough hints of Argentine tradition, filled with beautiful people and buzzing with activity. And the Bife de Chorizo (sirloin strip) cooked to perfection.
